Plan Outline:
The Sacred way of the Individual
son of man In this lesson teachers are leading
their students into the living foundation of all universe
educational realities. Conscious contact with and living
experience of the inter-dimensional children and Spiritual
Parents, older brothers and sisters of a far-flung universe, our
Universal family of God, supplying the watchcare of a loving
Father to all creatures on all planes and throughout all
dimensions of reality. Even to the small planet we call earth.
A word that our Creator Father has named Urantia. This
nativity world, the soil of your first life experience is one of
the many stopping places in your educational episodes of finding
your Paradise Parents and becoming more and more like them. This
life is only one of the many classroom worlds of space in the
everlasting kingdoms of a far-flung universe. This lesson can bring the student to
feel the "presence of God" and on into the glory of the living
experience of
"personal communion" with His indwelling Spirit, allowing you to
live your ideal life in the flesh, even while here on earth. These lesson plans give the techniques
to develop and build the necessary wattage, faith and spiritual
determination to find the eternal and internal pilot
who leads us to the safe harbor of eternal life and
worlds without end. This spiritual citadel must be taken with
spiritual assault, and sincere desire to find the Father and
become like Him as demonstrated in the life and teachings of
Jesus. There is no standing still in the Family
of God. Our climb must be steadfast, sincere, more sincere and
more sincere, patient and persevering, willing to risk all in
the eternal quest and to take the time required
each day to actually hear
the Father's Voice, We must make finding God our priority
in every life, in order to learn relationship love to the power
of GOD. Love is the desire to do good to others,
and the very character of the goodness of God! The purpose of the course you are now
engaged in is to place you in the Captain's chair of your own
life, with the Universal Father of all Creation as your personal
guide and mentor, and pilot with His faithful Universe Creator
Son, our Creator Father as the teacher and counselor of choice,
we must become the disciples of the Spirit of Truth, our own
Master and inner teacher for this magnificent discovery and
experience of finding God. Hearing the Father's voice is the
gateway to the personal experience of not only looking for God
and finding Him, but full consciousness and experience of the
fact that He also has found and sonshipped you, making you His
personal Son or Daughter. There are many spiritual helpers, now
present upon this world, giving inspiration and strength to
every righteous thought or deed harvested over the entire
evolutionary history of our world.
The relationship between the human mind and the celestial
teachers sent to guide our path ever heavenward as we grow in
the ability for relationship love as it is experienced by our
perfect Father for every universe son or daughter, and as it is
lived in the endless worlds on high. We need not consciously know every
spirit mind and psychic record used by these heaven-sent helpers
to mankind as the midway creatures work with the little realized
and embryonic human soul or (mid-mind) as do the seraphim of
your assignment. As your spirit gifts grow through the combined
techniques in this course which will transform your common place
human experience, into transcendental and extraordinary
experience in the cosmic family of God we become more and more
aware of these celestial teachers landing in our upper branches
as recommenders of truth and goodness and amplifiers of
righteous thinking and moral actions. This lesson will bring to your awareness
the most sublime and inspirational aspects of the divine
manifesting in human living, the daily work of all these
heaven-sent helpers. PLEASE
TAKE NOTE: The techniques in this lesson are guideposts, mainly
written to encourage the student to set their sails of faith
into the great adventure of finding GOD and becoming more and
more like GOD, even as we see our own little children modeling
the life of their visible parents all the faithful mother's and
father's here on earth. The lesson time spent in this course and
with these helper techniques are to assist you in the psychic
and mind circuits patterns to better enable the presence of the
Spirits of the Father and the Son to commune directly with each
of their earth children. A child need not know the laws of
physics to ride a bicycle, so, too, do the streams of divine
guidance flow in smooth rhythm from the heart of the most high
God, and through the living channels of all His Celestial
Helpers, to the awareness of the child directly proportional to
the will of the child to access and use the higher mind circuits
of our living universe. In my own developing spiritual career,
of the ideal life and model career, brought to me by the divine
monitor who indwells me, I have attained consciousness of these
spirit guides by the combined technique of the exercises in this
course and the living experience of seeking partnership with and
service to God as the priority of all my

Jesus.

JACOB'S LADDER UNIT 6: KNOW YOUR GUIDE: A lesson in Divine Acting
Have you ever felt alone, so lonely that
you thought no one loved you? And that besides friends and
family, there was no one to whom you could confide? Imagine having a universe friend chosen
for you. A friend who would always be available
to you alone; a friend who would listen, share your joy, your
tears; a friend who would love you just the way you are; a
friend who would give you advice and answers on all your
questions and problems; a friend who would be straight with you,
tell you the truth; a friend with whom you could laugh, play, do
business, write letters, and who would never judge you; a friend
who would forgive every trespass; a friend who insisted that you
never harbor guilt; who forever declares, be of good cheer; a
friend who was never afraid. This friend does exist, it is not just a
fantasy. In this lesson you will find that: you are not alone as you may think you
are and.... you can, at any time of the day or
night, get all the help you need in solving problems and
overcoming difficulties. All this, from someone who knows you
even better than you know yourself. It's someone you can trust,
who really cares about you. Imagine the feeling of knowing that you
will never feel alone again. Most psychiatrists will tell you that
overcoming negative programming and removing mental blocks (for
example, fears) cannot be done by the individual alone. In this
course we use self-analysis as a prevention of conceited egotism
and searching out the honest causes of all your fears.
To truly understand and master yourself only taking for
yourself those real attributes you have honestly committed to
your own character. Since the beginning of the Course, you
were told to do it all on your own. Now, you find that you have your own
personal guide, or tutor, an undiluted fragment of the Father of
all creation to help you up the mountain with even greater ease. THE MANY FACES OF GUIDANCE The belief in angelic beings who protect
mortals from harm has been part of man's written and unwritten
history for thousands of years. Angels have also guided man's
spiritual evolution through the minds of great mystics and
teachers: References to angels can be found in
every age, and are not confined to any one culture, race,
philosophy or religion. Here are some diverse examples: Socrates, the father of Greek
philosophy, whose name is synonymous with wisdom made no secret
of the fact that he obtained his philosophy from a "daemon." Mohammed is often pictured sitting among
his disciples, while angelic beings pour the stardust of
inspiration down upon their heads. An article in the Vatican daily
newspaper written in 1970 by Rev. Carl Boyer quotes Pope John
XXIII as saying "My good angel told me this. Pope John attributed the inspiration for
the Vatican ecumenical council also to his "guardian angel". Illustrations dating back to the great
Chinese Tang Dynasty shows a "spiritual being guiding a soul to
heaven". Many great creative geniuses refer to a
dream companion, or a being who shares their moments of
productive solitude. William Blake even drew a picture of his
invisible friend. (See page 115 of your textbook, Metaphysics
What Is It?) Rosicrucian's, occultists, some sections
of spiritualism and various minor groups refer to "A Master " On the other hand, those raised in
Orthodox Christian terminology might prefer the term "An Angel
of the Lord." There are some 200 allusions to "Angels"
in the Old Testament and nearly 1,000 references to the
paranormal situations they produced. The angel Gabriel, who
appeared to Mary, the mother of Jesus Christ, Elisabeth, her
kinfolk and mother of John the Baptist, Mohammed and Joseph
Smith, as Moroni, is perhaps history's best-known example. In the Institute of Ambassador Mentoring
we call the primary invisible helper a "guide." or Spirit
"Pilot" of the ship in which we are the Captain. As a child can you remember any
"invisible friends" with whom you used to play? Think about it
for a while. ASCENDING SCALES OF VIBRATIONS Scientists estimate that we live in a
universe with a diameter of 8,000,000,000 light years (the
distance light travels at 186,000 miles a second in one year).
In this sea of space, which could be considered sparsely
populated, are billions of galaxies, each containing millions of
stars. Our earth in comparison to others is a dwarf. And yet, as
Lesson Five explained, everything in the universe is composed of
the same basic stuff -- energy. This energy exists in varying
forms, of electrical gravitational and magnetic in different
state of excitation. At the core of ascending scales of
vibration is an Infinite Intelligence which generates and
controls the whole universe. In traditional literature, that
intelligence is usually called God, or the Creator. In the
Institute of Ambassador Mentoring we choose to call it the
"Master ". YOUR GUIDE Although the earth may be a mere speck
of dust in the universe and its inhabitants microscopic, each of
us has a divine spark of the Creator within us. And this Divine Fragment is where our
pilot guide comes into the picture. You may have already felt a quiet
presence around you from time to time, perhaps during
meditation, or your guide may be a reoccurring presence in your
dreams. These are just two of the many ways in which one can
become aware of guidance. Some of the other manifestations will
be discussed later on in this lesson. The guide acts as a transformer stepping
down higher vibratory thought to make it available to the
attuned mind of the student. Your guide is part of the hierarchy of
ascending states of consciousness between heaven and earth. The
head of this Spiritual Hierarchy for our Universe is the Creator
(Master of the Universe). Guides have a complete understanding of
what is involved in over-coming the physical limitations that
bind their mortal charges to erroneous thought patterns. They have
lived on earth throughout its entire history of the past, often
centuries or even thousands of years ago in the minds of moral
men and women of every generation and can communicate the sum
total of learned experience simultaneously to each other at
anytime. There is nothing in the evolution of the earth with
which your guide is not familiar. Be assured that prior to your guide's
appointment as a servant of the Master, it has undergone the
full range of cosmic progression making it fully qualified for the unique
role of adjusting your thought processes to ever finer degrees
of purity. Upon conception these Divine Indwelling Monitors
begin their training to guide you throughout your long universe
career. As human civilization progresses, more
and more guides become available for personal assignments, and
once a bestowal Son of God arrives, such as Jesus, all men and
women of normal mind are indwelt by these versatile spirits
fragments of the Father of Creation. They are granted by God
along with personality, (free will) to all those who earnestly
desire "Thy Will be done on earth as it is in heaven" as an
eternal gift from the Divine Father. Guides are spiritual beings of the
highest order. They operate freely but in accordance with three
basic laws:
A guide has a unique personality "you"
and usually a keen sense of humor. They can plan work and make
definite proposals of action. They have unlimited powers of
communication with their fellow guides and the spiritual
hierarchy which they serve. Even as an egg and sperm united to
form your unique body, so, too, does that part of your mind
endowment known as the human soul unit eventually with the
indwelling undiluted spirit of the Universal Father of all
things and beings and "you" become an eternal son or daughter of
God! Every moment the mind of man or woman attempts to
communicate with the indwelling spirit guide, the human soul
grows, in knowledge of things spiritual. This is the supreme
importance of taking time out each day to seek this inner mentor
and guide. This gift of sonship is FREE, it does not have to be
earned, only accepted. Your guide is chosen for you because its
particular strength, wisdom and insights both compliments and
counterbalances the various evolutionary elements of your
personality. He knows your life story inside out. A guide never ceases to reveal to the
mortal personality the wonder and the love of the Creator. It
seeks ever to make you aware of your Divine dowry and spiritual
inheritance, in the everlasting glory of worlds and beings
without end in an everlasting relationship, with the divine
Family of God HOW GUIDES OPERATE Your guide is your infallible cosmic
compass who points the way to everlasting life..... It is the
essence of infinity within the finite man; it carries and
utilizes the Creator Son's sword of truth and wields it in such
a way that error is easily discarded. - And real desire for the
amazing attributes of our Spiritual Father and mentor begin a
new and regenerative rebirth within our own souls and minds. We
begin to truly desire the truth beauty and goodness which the
guide reveals, to our reforming mind day by day. Of course, this
can only happen if you, exercising your free will, are willing
to listen to the superior wisdom of your Divine Advisor. Guides carry out their tasks in a
variety of ways. The following cases are true stories of
how some students of this course became aware of communication
from their guide. Michael, a normally placid and cautious
individual, often became incensed when driving home after work
when the traffic was heavy because other drivers would sometimes
cut him off and execute reckless maneuvers to save a few minutes
traveling time. Within a few days of starting this lesson,
Michael had it forcibly brought to his attention that, in
favorable circumstances, he, too, was guilty of reckless
procedures, and if he wished to stay alive he would be better
off correcting his own driving habits than fretting over the
habits of other drivers. (2) Helen, The Inconsiderate Teenager Helen, a young lady living at home with
her parent, was invited to a friend's cottage for the weekend.
It struck her that her friend, another teenager, was very
inconsiderate in her attitude towards her parents, always
placing her own considerations first. Helen thought this
attitude most unbecoming. But on sitting down to her first meal
at home, it was as if another Helen stood behind her observing
the scene, pointing out that her own conduct almost paralleled
that of her friend at the cottage, though the circumstances were
slightly different. (3) Gossip Wilma Wilma felt that some of the ladies in
her office were foolish because they spent so much time engaging
in empty small talk of no useful significance. In meditation it
was as if she heard a playback of her own contribution to this
office gossip and she sounded just as silly as the others. It was shown how,
by making an effort to elevate the topics, she could make a real
contribution to the group. Instead, through fear of rejection
and lack of confidence in spiritual guidance she had gone along
with the group even while complaining bitterly to her fellow
student’s latter on. (4) The Lifeguard Guide For several months Jack had been making
very good progress with this course. Outwardly confident but
inwardly anxious when he began his course, he had gained a new
found sense of peace of mind and inner confident, then came
Christmas, with the usual round of parties and preparations for
the holiday season... With all the extra activities, it didn't
seem so important to find the time to keep doing his number one
lesson technique. But he decided he would do alright if he just
kept meditating, his favorite exercise. Soon he stopped
practicing the techniques altogether. Then one night he had a
dream he remembered vividly. He was beside a big indoor swimming
pool. He noticed a slide at one end of the pool, so he decided
to go down it. To his surprise, the pool was much deeper than he
had thought, and the water was no longer clear and blue, but a
cloudy grey. When he finally touched the bottom, he knew he was
a long way down and was afraid he would run out of oxygen before
he reached the surface. Just then he felt a strong-arm circle
him and pull him quickly out of the pool. he noticed his rescuer
was an attractive lifeguard. She looked right into his eyes and said,
'You'd better not go down that far again; next time I might not
be able to find you." Jack had no trouble interpreting that
dream. He knew the "lifeguard" was his guide and he knew the
message he was being given. He started to do the techniques
again. He realized how close his backsliding had taken him
towards spiritual apathy. While we normally think of guides as
spiritual beings who are involved with individuals, we also
realize that they work in teams or groups within the spiritual
hierarchy. The Mentor of the Institute of Ambassador Mentoring I
AM is non other than our visegerent Planetary Prince Machiventa
Melchizedek as he begins the work of establishing Melchizedek
Schools of Higher Learning on Urantia to offset the difficulties
resulting from the open rebellion by Lucifer and the planetary
default by Adam and Eve. While the Institute of Applied
Metaphysics , and the BMS Society
was inspired by the spiritual leadings of a Melchizedek
Son Loliad-R-Kahn "LRK" has been seen by many of Dr. Winifred
Grace Barton's students, usually when she has been teaching. It
was he who designed the original content of all the lessons used
in our early courses and co-authored the textbooks, by Dr.
Winifred G. Barton. The story of his life and times in Atlantis
is fascinating reading. How do you go about meeting your guide? Here are a few tips.
That's how easy it is to contact your
guide. It's as simple as picking up the telephone and making a
call only. You will never get a busy signal and there is always
someone on the other end of the line! As you progress you may
find your voice taking on musical qualities. The carrier
modulation for universe communications is the celestial song of
creation and is musical in nature.
In all things associated with hearing "the still small
voice" within, never be in a rush or hurry. Every true son
commands the very circuits of time, in an eternal adventure,
correcting behavior until it mirrors the perfection of the
Father, whose voice you follow. Contact is dependent on lifelong
habits of continual effort, sincere striving, empathetic problem
solving, unquestioning faith. and a full spiritual assault.
You must develop a will to cross a far-flung universe.
YOU AND YOUR GUIDE Working
Together AS PARTNERS Once direct contact has been made with a
guide and the mortal signifies willingness to fuse, the two
beings form a working union based upon a future universe fact
which lasts for a life-time. The ongoing process of integration
transforms the mortal person into a functional spiritual being.
The guide then becomes a mediator. It translates universal
truths to a functional level in accordance with It is a cause of deep regret when a
guide has served with distinction but has been unable to adjust
rigid mortal thought and self-seeking attitudes to a more fluid
acceptance. When the subject rejects survival there is no
question of default on the part of the guide the unyielding
nature of human obstinacy and attachment to finite values is
well known to all in the spiritual hierarchy. Sonship with God
is a divine gift freely given, but it must be received and acted
upon by those seeking sonship with the spirit of the living God. There is a charisma, a spiritual
luminosity and warm glow about those who have attained a
betrothal, to their Divine Guide, a technical assurance of a
future fusion with their guiding spirit. These men and women
emanate a sense of limitless potential. L.O.V.E. becomes a
permeating Limitless Oscillating Vibrational Energy. A vibe, or
aroma of friendliness that continually emanates from a love-
saturated soul, a true reborn son of a living God. The possibilities of such a partnership
are unique, unprecedented and unimaginable in scope. Although
initially the guides mind can be identified as a separate
thought voice, as the mortal consciousness expands, the two
become as one.

recommendation that one hour of this time be spent in the
exercises of this course.

adopted by students of the Institute of Applied Metaphysics
school of spiritual mastery was the concept of "Know Your Guide"
week. This was celebrated as a combination
Mother's-Father's-Valentine's (appreciation type of) days which
extended over a seven-day period commencing on the evening of
April 28th through to the evening of May 5th. While things human
need to be known to be loved; Divine Beings need to be Loved to
be known. In worshiping GOD, you become more and more like GOD. It was proposed as a strictly, personal
exercise for those who felt the need to confirm and consolidate
the relationship with their personally assigned spiritual
advisor. It should be known that spiritual fasting, ignoring GOD
leads to spiritual indolence; even as prolonged physical fasting
from food will lead to anorexia as the hunger drive will
diminish as the days of the fast are prolonged. It is important
to have just a little chat with God Daily. One week a year is to
promote a year long spiritual quest. The nature of such an encounter was
strictly in keeping with the manner of expression chosen by the
student. Some envisioned the guide as being a tree and spent
time talking to the tree, or a flower, a picture of houseplant,
for that matter. GOD is all things and is in all things and
responds directly to the level of consciousness and maturity of
the God seeking universe child. For most, it involved a week of internal
exploration, avoidance of newspapers and TV reports, keeping an
open meditative mind at all times, reading philosophy, writing
love-letters to the Guide, and praying for his answer. Learning the art of direct communication
with one's personal "guardian angel and divine spiritual
monitor" is the sixth technique in the ladder of metaphysical
unfoldment of I AM consciousness. Omnipotence says, "I AM All in All," is
actually present in every facet of Creation. A glorious paradox
of being that which is farthest removed from human
consciousness, yet the most intimately indwelling aspect of
humankind. Human personality and consciousness are
a dynamic growing thing. It is capable of making tremendous
surges of revelation just by learning to tune in to the reality
of the indwelling spirit of God our guidance factor. The Guide is man's infallible cosmic
compass, who unerringly points the way to everlasting life. It
is the essence of infinity within the finite man: it carries the
sword of truth, wielding it in such a way that error is easily
discarded when the mortal, exercising free will, bows to the
superior wisdom of the spirit guide and the complementary angel
assigned our watchcare. Be assured that prior to your Guide's,
appointment, it has undergone the full range of cosmic
progression making it fully qualified for the unique role of
adjusting your thought processes to ever finer degrees of
purity. As human civilization progresses, more
and more Guides become available for personal assignments.
They're granted by God to those who earnestly desire "Thy Will
be done on earth as it is in heaven." Guides are spiritual beings of the
highest order. They operate freely but in accordance with three
basic laws.
Once direct contact has been made with a
guide and the mortal signifies willingness to fuse, the two
beings form a union which lasts forever. Eternal Life has now
been received by the personality who is now also a living spirit
potential with the full attributes of growth as a new universe
child of destiny. The technical betrothal of human mind and
spirit fragment is known as the spiritual rebirth where you are
born from above (spirit potential) and indicates completion of
the seven physic circles and constitutes a new phase of the
human living and divine values begin to take priority over all
other decisions in this life. Survival decisions are being
formulated at an ever-increasing pace. Consciousness of the
spirit pilot, the voice of the Father, are manifesting in the
maturing human soul experience. This process normally comes about in
three distinct stages. For the first twenty years of earth life
the Guide attempts to change thinking patterns to seek origins
or depth perceptions involving spiritual values and ideals, the
second twenty years are spent in adjusting these values and
ideals of the person to the highest moral, ethical and spiritual
choices or judgments in response to the social and economic
programs of the race, and the will of the spiritual hierarchy
governing humanity becomes more conscious to the individual. The
third twenty years when the
person reaches a stage of personal spiritual maturity,
when the attractions of the finite world are no longer all
consuming, do these faithful guides attempt to gain spiritual
union, harmonizing and unifying the body -mind and spirit
realities within the self mastering dynamics in this new
partnership between God and man and all these cosmic realities
being unified by
your own unique
personality. Then comes the stage of realization - a
brief moment, staggering to the mortal mind in which it glimpses
a new reality - vast, powerful, awe-inspiring and filled with
eternal glory and never ending life. If a sincere desire to know
more about this dimension is expressed, the guide then begins to
make its spirit expression presence felt. Its personality
control becomes better defined each day that the relationship
progresses. The third stage is an ongoing process of
integration which transforms the mortal person into a functional
spiritual being. A superthinking person. This fusion between man
and God cannot take place if the mortal declines to accept the
stringent disciplines necessary for eternal life, the soul
struggle to become every day more and more like God, the author
and origin of everything true beautiful and good. It is a cause of deep regret when a
Guide has served with distinction but has been unable to adjust
rigid mortal thought and self-seeking attitudes to a more fluid
acceptance of it's constant struggle to win an eternal life
victory. When the subject rejects survival as the Universal
Father does not force eternal life upon His universe children,
the human soul must will its own survival. There is no question
of default on the part of the Guide, like the Spirit Father they
are perfect, and all are well versed in the unyielding nature of
human obstinacy and attachment to finite values, the bondage to
tradition and culture, and the animal nature of the fleshy
vessel whose mind it indwells. There is charisma, a spiritual
luminosity about those who having broken the seals of this
worlds program or psychic circles (see Esoteric Philosophy) and
are awarded universe citizenship based upon the spirit monitors
foreknowledge of
the human souls growing loyalty and promise of future fusion
with their spirit indweller. A sense of limitless potential, for
conscious expansion is directly linked with the closeness to the
omnipotent presence. A Guide never ceases to reveal to the
mortal personality the wonder and the love of God. Yet the Guide
itself has a definite goal, union with your personality "You"
and usually a keen sense of humor. Guides can plan, work, make
definite proposals of action. They have unlimited powers of
communication with their fellow guides and the spiritual
hierarchy which they serve, but ever are they subjected to the
programs you personally approve. They honor your free will and
will never in your long association until fusion force your
growth or liberation to spirit union. The potentiality of such a partnership
is unique, unprecedented, and unimaginable in scope. Initially,
the Guide's mind can be identified as a spirit leading or urge,
then as a small separate thought voice, eventuating in full
communion. But as
the mortal consciousness of spirit insight expands the two
become more and more as one. The Guide reflects man's infinite
possibility, in Sonship with God. The great challenge to modern man, and
particularly to the nations' leaders is to achieve better
communication with the indwelling Divinity. It is quite
literally a matter of life and death. So, think about it. - Decide now to keep
you regular appointments to achieve closer attunement to your

Poem called the Desiderata (That which is to be Desired)
Go placidly amid the noise and haste and
remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible, without surrender, be on good terms
with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly,
and listen to others, even the dull and ignorant, they too have
their story. Avoid loud and aggressive persons; they
are vexatious to the spirit.
If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain
or bitter, for always there will be greater and lesser persons
than yourself. Enjoy your achievements as well as your
plans. Keep
interested in your own career, however humble; it is a real
possession in the changing fortunes of time.
Exercise caution in your business
affairs, for the world is full of trickery.
But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many
persons strive for high ideals, and everywhere life is full of
heroism. Be yourself.
Especially, do not feign affection.
Neither be cynical about love, for in the face of all
aridity and disenchantment, it is as perennial as the grass. Take kindly the counsel of the years,
gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden
misfortune. But do
not distress yourself with imaginings; many fears are born of
fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle
with yourself. You
are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the
stars; you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the
universe is unfolding as it should. Therefore, be at peace with God, whoever
you conceive Him to be, and whatever your labors and
aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life, keep peace with
your soul. With all
its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful
world. Be cheerful.
